LONG COVID AWARENESS MONTH

Wednesday 15th March 2023 is the first annual International Long Covid Awareness day and March 2023 is Long Covid Awareness Month. Advocates from all over the world are uniting to push for recognition of Long Covid, to educate the public about the reality of the condition and highlight the plight of millions of people.

Three years on, there is still very little treatment available other than symptom relief.  Millions are still hoping for a cure and while they wait, they risk losing their jobs and in many cases their homes and their relationships.

We have released two short films for Long Covid Awareness Month which pull no punches:

Things Need to Change

Our film to mark the end of International Long Covid Awareness Month is a reflection on how lives have changed

Check out our posts on social media where we will highlight the important issues surrounding the need to recognise Long Covid and the lived experience of the millions who are affected.
